Having baby Harper Haize Allen has changed Josh Allen's NFL season. The Bills quarterback shared how the upcoming season will be different, emphasizing the support from his wife, Hailee Steinfeld. In an exclusive interview with E! News' Will Marfuggi, Allen said, "I can't tell you exactly how I'm going to feel right at this moment, but it's going to be obviously a lot of FaceTimes, a lot of calls. I don't want to miss anything." Steinfeld, who married Allen in May 2025, has been a perfect teammate, helping Allen find balance as a new parent. "When we were back in Buffalo for OTAs, just making sure that I could go to the facility, get my work done, be with the guys and understanding what that was for," Allen added. He also credited Steinfeld for helping him find balance. "Kids are ever changing, and so is your schedule," Allen continued, adding that he's "trying to ride the wave right now and enjoy" his time with Steinfeld and their daughter before training camp. "Just maintaining a positive mindset throughout the whole year." Allen tries to catch as much sleep as possible, adding Natrol sleep supplements to his routine. "Once that baby goes down, I know she's gonna be up early," he quipped. "So, I gotta get to sleep as soon as I can." Allen added, "To know that I'm gonna get a good night's rest and feel up fresh and rejuvenated, that's well worth it."
